By accessing or using WappTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

You must use WappTool in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Business Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the service for:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
• Distributing malware or any harmful code.
• Violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the platform.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Apptech Gig and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apptech Gig, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
